Job Description
Handle field-level loan recovery, EMI collections, and overdue payment follow-ups from microfinance / retail financial customers.
Visit delinquent customers directly in assigned territories to resolve overdue accounts and negotiate payment schedules.
Maintain regular customer contact to educate borrowers on timely repayments and improve portfolio quality.
Update daily collection logs, field visit reports, and track recovery metrics against assigned targets.
Ensure strict adherence to collection policies, compliance guidelines, and code of conduct.

Qualifications
Any Degree (Graduation in Any Discipline / Arts / Science / Commerce).
Minimum 6 Months of relevant field collection / loan recovery experience required.
Location Preference: Chennai candidates preferred.
Willingness to travel locally within assigned branch territories.
