Oversee surface preparation, chemical application, and quality testing for waterproofing and retrofitting systems.

Direct daily site labor, vendor teams, and application specialists on safety and application standards.

Monitor project timelines, material dispatch registers, and site consumption metrics.

Maintain detailed execution reports, quality audit files, and site completion certificates.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.

1-3 Yrs of specialized experience in waterproofing, structural repairs, concrete rehabilitation, or retrofitting projects.

Strong technical background in chemical application techniques, site supervision, and manpower planning.

Excellent site coordination, problem-solving, and team management capabilities.
