Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day depot and warehouse floor operations under standard operational procedures.

Ensure seamless operational execution for incoming and outgoing cargo, containers, and palletized goods.

Monitor supply chain workflows, equipment utilization, and loading/unloading efficiency.

Enforce strict terminal safety regulations, health and safety (HSE) standards, and cargo security measures.

Coordinate with freight drivers, terminal operators, and supply chain coordinators to maintain dispatch turnaround times.

Maintain complete shift operation logs, incident reports, and equipment maintenance notifications.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related fields.

3–5 Yrs of experience in warehouse operations, depot management, or terminal logistics.

Strong understanding of supply chain execution, container/cargo handling, and warehouse safety.

Strong leadership, communication, and shift supervision abilities.
