Job Description
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and inventory control routines.
Lead complete Inventory Management functions, preventing stock shrinkage, damage, or discrepancy across storage zones.
Oversee daily Logistics Operations, coordinating with transport vendors, carriers, and dispatch docks.
Supervise ground Warehouse Operations, optimizing floor layout, picking lanes, and loading schedules.
Manage overall Logistics workflows to maintain seamless supply chain continuity and meet delivery targets.
Implement corrective action plans based on operational audit findings to improve throughput speed.
Maintain accurate records of incoming components, finished battery/power goods, gate passes, and stock ledgers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or technical domains.
3–5 Yrs of hands-on warehouse management experience, preferably in industrial, automotive, or power equipment sectors.
Strong expertise in inventory auditing, logistics planning, and warehouse floor management.
Excellent team management capabilities, analytical problem-solving abilities, and operational drive.
