Warehouse Incharge

Oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material handling and storage routines.

Manage Inward receiving workflows, verifying incoming medical shipments against purchase orders and invoice manifests.

Coordinate Outward Clearing processes, ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and timely dispatch to retail pharmacy outlets.

Utilize enterprise Warehouse Management System software for continuous stock tracking, bin allocation, and ledger updates.

Apply operational Management practices to lead shift workers, optimize dock turnaround times, and maintain floor safety.

Maintain strict inventory accuracy, participating in regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation audits.

Ensure all stored pharmaceutical products comply with storage temperature and hygiene guidelines.

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Pharmacy, or related fields.

1–3 Yrs of experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or dispatch management.

Preferred candidate profile: Candidate should be near by area of Gundla Pochampally / local vicinity.

Direct practical familiarity with WMS platforms, stock audit protocols, and dispatch documentation.

Strong leadership, systematic organizational skills, and numerical accuracy.
