WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Oversee inbound receipts and outbound dispatch queues across warehouse facility zones.

Operate enterprise warehouse application software (WMS) to track real-time stock movements and bin allocations.

Maintain rigorous stock control and inventory auditing routines to prevent discrepancies or stock loss.

Direct daily warehouse floor operations, leading floor teams to maintain high throughput and turnaround times.

Perform routine inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and damaged goods logging.

Enforce safety protocols, floor organization standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with transport carriers to streamline loading docks and vehicle scheduling.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related disciplines.

1–3 Yrs of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, stock control, and inbound/outbound logistics.

Direct familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics technologies.

Proven leadership capabilities combined with precise inventory management skills.

Strong organizational, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
