Transport Coordinator

Develop regional transport clusters and establish preferred carrier programs to optimize freight efficiency and cost performance.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily line-haul and local logistics operations, ensuring timely vehicle placement and dispatch.

Optimize delivery routes, monitor real-time vehicle transit tracking via GPS/telematics, and minimize transit delays and operational bottlenecks.

Manage carrier and transporter relationships, negotiate freight rates, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery metrics.

Coordinate cross-docking, loading/unloading activities, and POD (Proof of Delivery) collection with warehouse and hub operations.

Maintain daily dispatch registers, cost variance reports, fleet tracking dashboards, and transport MIS.

Compensation Details:

Approx. CTC: ₹4.80 to ₹7.80 Lakhs PA (4.8–7.8 Lacs PA)

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline (BBA / MBA / B.Com).

3 to 6 Years of hands-on experience in transportation coordination, fleet management, or logistics operations (preferably within 3PL, warehousing, or freight aggregation).

Strong analytical ability in route planning, freight costing, and carrier management.

Proficiency in TMS (Transport Management Systems), GPS tracking software, and MS Excel.
