Job Description
Provide first-line IT support for hardware, desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems (Windows), office applications, and enterprise software.
Troubleshoot local network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN cables, and basic system access issues.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets, hardware components, and software licenses.
Log IT service requests, support end-users with technical queries, and ensure smooth office IT operations.

Qualifications
BCA / Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science.
Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level Candidates (0 to 1 Year).
Solid foundational knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and user-support communication skills.
