Trainee Engineer

Job Summary :

Candidate will be embedded in a fast-moving team building context-aware, agentic AI solutions that directly impact how the world's leading pharma and biotech companies discover drugs, run clinical trials, and serve patients.

This isn't a typical fresher role - it's a launchpad into the future of domain-native AI engineering. Candidates will begin with an immersive Accelerated Learning Program (bootcamp) before transitioning to live client projects.

Upon successful completion of the bootcamp, interns are transitioned into Trainee Engineers and deployed on live projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Code & Build: Write clean Python, SQL, Node.js, and/or React.js to power AI-driven Life Sciences platforms.
Data Pipelines: Build and maintain data pipelines and cloud-native applications feeding Agilisium's Agentic AI ecosystem.
Real-World Projects: Contribute across drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory operations, and commercial intelligence.
Cloud Deployment: Design and deploy scalable systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-first, production-grade.
Agile Collaboration: Work alongside domain scientists, AI engineers, and life sciences consultants in cross-functional sprints.

Key Skills Required :

Life Sciences domain knowledge (Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences) combined with a strong interest in technology
Open to building tools with proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows and rapid prototyping.
Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
JavaScript (Node.js / React.js) expertise is a key advantage
Strong programming fundamentals and logical thinking
