Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch company services.
Convert leads into qualified opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and respond to customer queries effectively.
Record customer information and call details accurately in the system.
Provide feedback to the team for improving lead quality and conversions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online tools or CRM software.
Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).
