Make outbound calls to promote products/services.

Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
Maintain sales reports and call records.
Work towards achieving team sales goals.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of telecalling experience preferred.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
