Telecaller

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce solar products, services, and current offers.

Handle inbound inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing estimates, and installation services.

Qualify customer requirements, identify potential leads, and schedule site assessment appointments for the field sales team.

Maintain clear, systematic records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the company database.

Follow up consistently with existing leads to facilitate pipeline conversion and customer satisfaction.
