Tele calling Executive

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.

Address customer inquiries, assess requirements, and provide appropriate information.

Persuade prospective clients and negotiate terms to close leads.

Maintain systematic records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (10th / 12th or Graduate, any passed out year eligible).

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

Gender: Male / Female candidates eligible.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.

Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Good active listening skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an added advantage.
