Job Description
Perform composite manufacturing operations, component layups, and assembly within the blade production department.
Operate plant machinery, tooling equipment, and workshop fixtures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production parameters, ensure dimensional accuracy, and inspect finished composite components for surface defects.
Follow strict shop floor safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, and 5S housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with shift supervisors and production teams to meet daily manufacturing output targets.
Maintain equipment logs, material consumption entries, and shift activity sheets.
Work Type & Benefits:
Direct Joining | Walk-in Date: 18th Aug to 20th Aug.
Gender: Male Only | Age: 18 – 35 Years | Shifts: Willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
Salary (Take-Home): ITI – ₹17,000 | Diploma / Degree – ₹18,000 (Experienced / Blade experience: Negotiable; Immediate Joiners preferred).
Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000/- (26 Physical Working Days / Month).
Night Shift Allowance: Rs. 50/- Per day.

Qualifications
10th / Intermediate (12th), ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Experience: Freshers as well as Experienced candidates (Candidates with wind blade / composite experience preferred).
Willingness to work in industrial manufacturing environments across rotational shifts.
Basic understanding of production tools, workshop machinery, and shop floor safety practices.
