Job Description
Lead and supervise on-site electrical maintenance operations, utility support, and plant power management.
Oversee High Tension (HT) installations, power transformers, switchgear, and substation systems.
Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical utilities.
Troubleshoot complex electrical breakdowns, power disruptions, and transformer faults to ensure continuous operations.
Enforce strict high-voltage electrical safety standards, statutory compliance, and lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols.
Manage shift technicians, assign daily operational tasks, and maintain detailed electrical maintenance logs.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Must possess a valid Electrical 'C' License.
5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical utility maintenance and substation operations.
In-depth practical knowledge of HT lines, power transformers, panels, and switchyard equipment.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the capability to manage technical teams on-site.
