Team Lead - Revenue Ops

Lead and manage day-to-day Revenue Operations workflows supporting AI-powered energy intelligence platforms.

Oversee end-to-end procurement data workflows, utility billing data operations, and BPO service delivery.

Drive change management initiatives, operational process optimization, and standard operating procedure (SOP) enhancements.

Manage cross-functional project execution, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs, turnaround times, and quality standards.

Mentor, train, and conduct performance evaluations for operations team members.

Prepare operational dashboards, productivity metrics, and revenue ops performance reports for executive leadership.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.

5–8 Yrs of experience in Revenue Operations, BPO/KPO operations, or energy intelligence data workflows.

Strong background in project management, workflow automation, and change management.

Proven leadership abilities with experience managing mid-to-large operational teams.
