Job Description
Lead machine erection, installation, commissioning, and line setup for a Greenfield air conditioner manufacturing project.
Manage hands-on operations, preventive/predictive/breakdown maintenance of imported rotary machines, assembly lines, and automated equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical systems, electrical control panels, circuits, and PLC automation setups across the shop floor.
Oversee full plant utilities including STP, ETP, DG Sets, LPG/Gas Systems, RO Plant, Transformers, and Air Compressors.
Prepare/interpret CAD machine layouts and manage statutory compliance including CEIG/TNEB, TNPCB, and Factories Act requirements.
Drive continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, TPM) and deliver technical presentations at global reviews.

CTC Offered: ₹10 LPA (10,000,000 PA).
Willingness to travel overseas for machine supplier visits, inspections, and group company activities.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Certifications in CAD, SPM, or Industrial Automation are an advantage).
10–15 Years of experience in Air Conditioner Manufacturing or similar Home Appliances Manufacturing industries.
Age Limit: 30–35 years.
Proven leadership in Greenfield line setup, utility management, audits, and cross-functional project execution.
