Supply Chain Executive

Operate as a Delivery Controller within the Group Trucks Technology organization to manage procurement lifecycles.

Execute end-to-end Purchase Order generation, validation, and status tracking across supplier accounts.

Oversee Invoice Processing routines, verifying vendor billing accuracy against delivered goods and contract specs.

Manage global trade compliance tracking and operational workflows under Goods in Transit (GTT) protocols.

Coordinate with global suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and invoice reconciliation.

Support technical supply chain operations for automotive and heavy manufacturing technology projects.

Maintain detailed accounts payable logs, procurement status sheets, and invoice validation metrics.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related technical fields.

1–3 Yrs of experience in procurement, supply chain control, or invoice processing execution.

Hands-on proficiency handling purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and international trade workflows (GTT).

Solid structural understanding of procurement software, global supply chains, and vendor management.

High numerical accuracy, detail orientation, and clear operational communication skills.
