Supply chain Executive

Manage and oversee daily store and inventory operations to ensure efficient flow of parts and raw materials.

Execute supply chain management routines, monitoring stock levels, reorder thresholds, and warehouse space utilization.

Ensure regulatory and internal compliance in stock handling, goods receipt notes (GRN), and inventory audits.

Oversee logistics coordination, tracking incoming shipments and material dispatches to internal departments.

Perform routine inventory reconciliations to prevent stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and material shortages.

Maintain complete daily store transaction records, stock entry registers, and dispatch tracking logs.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related fields.

1–3 Yrs of experience in store management, warehouse operations, and inventory control.

Good baseline understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory compliance, and warehouse practices.

Strong organizational, record-keeping, and operational coordination skills.
