Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations and workforce activities within the steel manufacturing plant.

Allocate tasks, manage shift schedules, and ensure planned daily output targets are met.

Monitor operational safety standards and ensure compliance with factory protocols.

Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to maintain continuous workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Maintain daily production logs, shift attendance, and operational handover reports.

Any Degree / Diploma / ITI / BBA.

Fresher / 1 Year experience.

Gender: Male. Immediate joiners preferred.

Good team handling, task supervision, and communication abilities.
