Job Description
Perform assigned operational tasks across Store, Production, or Assembly departments in a precision manufacturing facility.
Assembly / Production: Assemble fuel dispensing systems, mechanical parts, and electronic sub-assemblies according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Store / Warehouse: Handle inward/outward material movement, inventory binning, picking, packing, and dispatch tracking.
Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on components to ensure zero assembly defects.
Operate hand tools, pneumatic drivers, and basic shop floor equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere strictly to shop floor 5S workplace organization, safety guidelines, and PPE usage.
Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Structure:
Fresher / 10th, 12th, Diploma, ITI: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Minimum 1 Year Experience: ₹16,500 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Perks & Facilities: ESI & PF, Food Provided, Cab Facility, Safety Shoes Provided, Overtime (OT) Available
Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts

Qualifications
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year Experience preferred for skilled roles).
Gender: Both Male & Female candidates are eligible.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly line workflows, or warehouse storekeeping.
