Job Description
Provide direct patient care and nursing support across Outpatient Departments (OPD), Inpatient units, Operation Theaters (OT), and critical care units (NICU/ICU).
Assist fertility specialists, gynecologists, and embryologists during consultations, ultrasound scans, and reproductive procedures.
Prepare patients for OT procedures, assist in anesthesia support, and handle post-operative recovery monitoring.
Administer hormonal injections, fertility medications, and routine treatments as per protocol.
Counsel and guide patients regarding treatment schedules, medication guidelines, and procedural precautions.
Maintain clinical supplies, sterilization logs, patient histories, and electronic health records (EHR).
Compensation:
Salary: ₹1–5 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, or GNM Nursing with valid Nursing Council Registration.
1-3 Yrs of clinical nursing experience in hospital, fertility center, OT, OPD, NICU, or ICU settings (Freshers welcome).
Sound clinical knowledge of maternity/fertility nursing care and surgical assistance.
Strong interpersonal communication, patient handling, and multilingual/local language skills.
