Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Sales Engineer for industrial automation products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer handling, technical sales, and achieving sales targets in OEMs, panel builders, machine manufacturers, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of automation products along with excellent sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, and industrial customers.
Generate new business opportunities for automation products and solutions.
Promote products such as Sensors, PLC, HMI, Servo Systems, VFD, Safety Products, Relays, Switchgear, and Industrial Automation Components.
Understand customer applications and provide suitable technical solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and follow up for order finalization.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain CRM, sales reports, and customer visit records.
Support payment follow-up and collection activities when required.
Required Skills
Strong technical and sales knowledge of industrial automation products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle OEM and industrial customers independently.
Good understanding of industrial applications and automation solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
3 to 4 years of experience in industrial automation product sales.
Experience in handling OEM customers and industrial projects.
Knowledge of brands like Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Schneider Electric, or similar automation products will be preferred.
Candidate should be ready for field sales and customer visits.
