SR. Manager

Lead product costing, financial budgeting, and detailed cost analysis across manufacturing and operational verticals.

Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, tracking material consumption and cost variance.

Formulate strategic cost-reduction frameworks, value engineering initiatives, and budget forecasting models.

Partner with procurement, production, and supply chain teams to optimize input costs and streamline resource utilization.

Monitor project cost trends, perform margin analysis, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Maintain comprehensive MIS reports, variance trackers, and management review presentations.

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Cost Accounting (ICWA / CMA), or related fields (BE/B.Tech with MBA is also relevant).

5–8 Yrs of experience (with 6–8 years of preferred post-qualification experience) in cost analysis, management accounting, or industrial costing.

Strong hands-on expertise in BOM management, cost variance modeling, and financial data analysis.

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools.
