Job Description
Handle end-to-end procurement and sourcing for raw materials, aerospace-grade metals, machine tools, and industrial consumables.
Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate vendor quotations, conduct price negotiations, and prepare comparative cost statements.
Develop and manage supplier relationships while ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) and quality compliance.
Coordinate with internal production, stores, and quality teams to align procurement schedules with production plans.
Process purchase orders (POs), track supplier shipments, and manage invoice clearance workflows in ERP systems.
Maintain comprehensive vendor performance records, purchase trackers, and material cost analytics reports.

Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
3 – 5 Years of core experience in procurement/purchasing within manufacturing, precision engineering, or aerospace sectors.
Sound knowledge of mechanical raw materials, cutting tools, vendor development, and contract negotiation.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/similar) and MS Excel.
