Job Description
Lead New Product Development (NPD) and Process Engineering (PE) for automotive wiring harness manufacturing programs.
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, line layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Drive complete APQP and PPAP documentation phases, ensuring adherence to customer timelines and milestones.
Manage prototype development, sample preparation, tooling trials, and process design verification.
Conduct risk assessments, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and design validation.
Review engineering drawings, circuit schematics, and customer specifications using AutoCAD 2D.
Ensure strict adherence to automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO systems.

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or Automobile Engineering).
7–8 Yrs of core experience in Process Engineering, New Product Development (NPD), or Industrial Engineering.
Domain background in automotive wiring harness manufacturing is highly preferred.
Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and technical drawing interpretation.
