Job Description

Apply core reliability engineering principles to maximize the availability, scalability, and performance of critical enterprise software platforms.
Architect, configure, and scale robust environment monitoring tools to ensure deep system observability and early fault detection.
Build advanced dashboard metrics, run complex data manipulation pipelines, and parse infrastructure analytics using advanced Excel data models.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance programming logic to automate routine cloud operations and scaling tasks.
Design complex telemetry and system instrumentation frameworks to track service-level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs).
Partner cross-functionally with backend core developers and infrastructure security groups during high-velocity sprint releases.
Conduct extensive root-cause analysis (RCA), structural debugging iterations, and post-mortem investigations on complex infrastructure alerts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline.
8–12 years of professional software industry experience, demonstrating a strong, progressive career trajectory toward systems infrastructure leadership.
Deep, verifiable hands-on mastery setting up application monitoring tools, system telemetry, and reliability grids.
Advanced programming fluency in system automation languages alongside data modeling expertise within analytics frameworks.
Exceptional structural problem-solving logic paired with excellent technical documentation and cross-functional steering capabilities.
