Site Engineers

Oversee day-to-day civil construction and site engineering activities to ensure projects are executed on schedule.

Coordinate project management routines, aligning site operations with architectural blueprints and structural designs.

Enforce site safety, quality compliance, and building code standards across all active construction zones.

Supervise site contractors, sub-contractors, and field labor to maintain structural quality and operational flow.

Inspect incoming construction materials, equipment setups, and ongoing structural executions.

Resolve technical site challenges, liaising with project managers and design teams to prevent project delays.

Maintain complete daily site execution logs, progress reports, and material consumption registers.

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

0–1 Yrs of experience, accommodating fresh civil engineering graduates up to experienced site leads.

Proven experience in site operations, civil engineering practices, and project coordination.

Strong leadership, field supervision, and technical drawing interpretation skills.
