Site Engineer

Supervise civil construction routines, covering both RCC framework execution and internal/external finishing works.

Coordinate with other departments (procurement, design, billing) to ensure smooth operation of construction processes.

Execute day-to-day Site Management, directing site labor, subcontractors, and equipment utilization.

Perform quality checks on RCC shuttering, steel reinforcement bar bending, concrete pours, and masonry works.

Monitor progress schedules for civil structures and report operational milestones to project leads.

Maintain organized site execution logs, daily labor reports, and material tracking registers.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of core experience in residential/commercial civil construction, RCC structures, and finishing works.

Practical understanding of site management, RCC construction standards, and inter-departmental coordination.

Strong leadership and field supervision capabilities.
