Site Engineer

Supervise day-to-day execution of industrial construction activities directly at the site.

Ensure all civil and structural work is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor on-site quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to industrial construction standards.

Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, material vendors, engineering consultants, and project teams.

Plan and manage site manpower, building materials, machinery, and equipment efficiently.

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and resolve on-site execution bottlenecks promptly.

Ensure timely completion of key project milestones while maintaining the highest quality and safety benchmarks.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology (or related field).

3 – 5 Years of proven on-site experience in civil construction and industrial projects.

Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute structural and architectural drawings.

Solid communication, vendor coordination, and team management capabilities.
