Site Engineer

Handle day-to-day site operations, directing daily construction schedules, workforce allocation, and structural execution.

Lead Site Management activities, managing raw material inventory, vendor dispatches, and equipment handling on site.

Execute continuous Site Supervision to ensure adherence to building blueprints and safety regulations.

Perform routine quality checks on concrete pouring, brickwork, plastering, and structural reinforcements.

Coordinate between project architects, structural consultants, and site labor to resolve structural discrepancies.

Maintain clean site records, contractor attendance logs, and daily execution summaries.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.

0–1 Yrs of experience, making it ideal for fresh graduates and junior site supervisors.

Baseline understanding of residential/commercial building construction practices and site safety rules.

Strong verbal communication, team management habits, and problem-solving skills.
