Site Engineer

Manage project timelines, ensuring construction stages and site tasks progress according to schedule.

Oversee civil engineering / electrical site installations, structural layouts, and MEP integrations.

Conduct direct Civil Supervision on the field, verifying build quality, material specifications, and safety protocols.

Read and interpret AutoCAD architectural and structural blueprints for precise field execution.

Execute general Site Engineering routines, coordinating daily contractor labor and equipment dispatch.

Inspect ongoing construction work to enforce quality control standards and prevent rework.

Maintain complete daily site activity logs, material consumption records, and project progress reports.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related construction fields.

1–3 Yrs of experience, accommodating driven entry-level candidates up to experienced site engineers.

Hands-on proficiency in reading structural drawings and working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Strong leadership, field supervision, and site safety management capabilities.
