Job Description
Supervise and coordinate end-to-end daily warehouse floor operations across assigned shifts.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of material receipt, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Monitor shop floor adherence to workplace safety regulations, 5S cleanliness standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Address operational bottlenecks, resolve inventory or handling discrepancies, and handle team queries effectively.
Supervise warehouse associates, track shift productivity targets, and ensure smooth handovers between shift rotations.
Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
Salary CTC: ₹40,000/- per month
Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts

Qualifications
Any Degree (Graduation in Any Discipline / Logistics / Supply Chain / Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering).
2 – 6 Years of core supervisory experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution centers.
Proven leadership and team handling capabilities in fast-paced warehouse environments.
Strong problem-solving, operational coordination, and communication skills.
