Shift Incharge

Oversee and streamline manufacturing shift workflows to consistently achieve daily production targets.

Monitor material movement, inventory utilization, and raw material availability on the shop floor.

Implement strict rejection control procedures and identify root causes for production defects.

Manage manpower allocation, train line operators, and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.

Enforce shop floor safety standards, 5S workplace maintenance, and equipment upkeep.

Maintain structured production records, shift output sheets, inventory logs, and material consumption trackers.

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering disciplines.

3–5 Yrs of experience as a Shift Incharge or Production Supervisor in a manufacturing/utility facility.

Proven track record in target-driven production management and scrap/rejection control.

Good team management, material planning, and technical problem-solving skills.
