Job Description
Supervise daily shift operations across assigned shop floor departments (Press, Weld, Assembly, or Production).
Allocate manpower, manage shift production targets, and ensure smooth material flow.
Monitor product quality, minimize shop floor rejection rates, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Enforce workplace safety measures, PPE compliance, and 5S discipline across lines.
Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and store teams to resolve line bottlenecks.
Maintain complete daily shift reports, operator attendance logs, and production output records.

Qualifications
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines.
1 to 20 years of experience in production supervision within press shops, weld shops, or assembly units.
Strong leadership, manpower handling, and shop-floor management skills.
