Service Engineer

Provide technical services to customers, including system installation, repair, and regular maintenance.

Execute field service visits to client locations to inspect and repair refrigeration/HVAC equipment.

Handle customer complaints efficiently, diagnose operational faults, and deliver rapid technical solutions.

Manage warranty service visits and routine Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for commercial clients.

Test system cooling pressures, electric components, and refrigerant levels to ensure safety standards.

Maintain structured service reports, warranty claim documentation, and customer feedback receipts.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or related technical streams.

1-3 Yrs of experience; open to freshers as well as field service technicians.

Hands-on knowledge of field service procedures, warranty handling, AMC execution, and customer support.

Strong problem-solving skills, field adaptability, and communication capabilities.
