Service Engineer

Perform on-site or remote hardware installation and initial system configurations for client systems.

Execute software installation, system updates, and operating system setup routines.

Diagnose technical faults and provide quick software troubleshooting support to end-users.

Troubleshoot system hardware issues, replace defective components, and carry out regular diagnostic checks.

Guide clients on proper system operations, maintenance practices, and basic technical care.

Maintain complete daily service tickets, setup checklists, and system maintenance logs.

Preferred candidate profile: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related streams.

0-1 Yrs of experience; freshers are highly welcome to apply.

Practical understanding of hardware installation, software setup, and IT troubleshooting.

Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and provide remote client support.
