Service Advisor

Handle customer vehicle service requests and support activities.
Coordinate with technicians for repair and maintenance tasks.
Prepare service estimates and maintain customer records.
Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
Provide excellent customer support and issue resolution.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Ability to manage workshop coordination efficiently.
