Job Description
Lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations across raw material inspection, in-process stages, and finished goods testing.
Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 and ensure strict compliance with product standards.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), 8D reporting, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality non-conformances.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits, customer audits, and calibration routines for testing instruments.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to eliminate recurring defects and improve overall process capability.
Prepare quality MIS reports, process capability analyses (CP/CPK), and management review documentation.
Compensation:
CTC: Upto 7 LPA.

Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, Production, or related Engineering disciplines.
5 to 8 Years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a manufacturing setup (plastics industry preferred).
Strong working knowledge of QMS standards, statistical process control (SPC), RCA, CAPA, and 7 QC tools.
Excellent analytical, audit-handling, and communication skills.
