Senior Recruiter

Manage complex and specialized recruitment lifecycles with a core focus on GCC and international overseas hiring operations.

Handle extensive sourcing, advanced screening, and rigorous candidate coordination for both blue-collar and white-collar non-IT positions.

Build strong talent pipelines and leverage consultancy expertise to quickly address high-volume client requirements and fill urgent vacancies.

Negotiate compensation packages, manage candidate onboarding processes, and maintain long-term professional relationships with talent pools.

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years, with prior recruitment consultancy experience preferred.
