Senior Manager

Direct and oversee end-to-end Electrical and Mechanical (E&M / MEP) operations for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of heavy HVAC systems, chillers, plumbing networks, and power distribution setups.

Manage procurement lifecycles for MEP equipment, including technical evaluations, vendor selection, and cost negotiations.

Monitor subcontractors and project vendors to ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, quality benchmarks, and timelines.

Ensure full compliance with statutory safety norms, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Maintain comprehensive project engineering documentation, progress reports, and budget utilization trackers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

8-12 Yrs of extensive experience in MEP/E&M project management in commercial construction or large infrastructure assets.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial chiller systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution.

Proven background in subcontractor management, technical procurement, and regulatory compliance.
