Drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline efficiency, and configuration management to minimize manual overhead.

Oversee system reliability, disaster recovery planning, infrastructure security, and performance optimization.

Mentor and lead engineering teams, establishing best-in-class operational standards and SLA governance.

Coordinate with cross-functional software engineering and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery and scalability.

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

5-8 Yrs of overall experience, with 12+ years of technical mastery in IT infrastructure and enterprise TechOps.

Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure architecture, VMware virtualization, and automation frameworks.

Proven track record in large-scale team management and technical leadership.
