Senior Cost Estimator

Execute standard product costing, cost center accounting, and inventory valuation using SAP Costing (CO module).

Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing standard vs. actual costs across raw materials, overheads, and labor.

Analyze production bills of materials (BOM), routings, and inventory accounting ledgers to determine unit manufacturing costs.

Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and margin improvements.

Prepare management reporting packs, product margin analytics, and annual operational budget plans.

Ensure full compliance with internal cost accounting standards, statutory audits, and inventory controls.

ICWA / CMA (Cost and Management Accountant), CA Inter, or Master's degree in Finance / Commerce (M.Com / MBA Finance).

3–5 Yrs of core experience in product costing, cost accounting, and SAP CO module implementations.

High proficiency in SAP ERP (Controlling/Costing) and advanced MS Excel.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and variance reporting abilities.
