Security Officer

Oversee and supervise hospital premises security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

Provide comprehensive on-the-job training, drill guidance, and shift briefings to security guards and patrolling personnel.

Maintain accurate daily incident logs, shift reports, visitor registries, and emergency escalation records.

Support crisis management, crowd control, and emergency response procedures across hospital wings and medical centers.

Monitor CCTV surveillance feeds, fire safety systems, and access control points to prevent unauthorized entry and security breaches.

Coordinate with administrative leadership and local law enforcement authorities when necessary during critical incidents.

Higher Secondary Education (10+2) / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; certifications in Industrial or Hospital Security Management are preferred.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably within healthcare, hospital, or institutional facilities.

Proven track record in supervising security guards and managing day-to-day security workflows.

Strong understanding of premises safety, access control protocols, and incident documentation procedures.

Good interpersonal, situational leadership, and crisis-handling skills.
