Partner closely with field account leads and technical solution managers to ensure flawless client onboarding cycles.
Track individual outreach metrics, account updates, and sales conversion statuses within standard CRM tools regularly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent streams.
1-3 years of dedicated professional experience operating successfully inside corporate inside sales or software solution selling desks.
Verifiable baseline knowledge of enterprise operational models, automated pipelines, or major ERP tools like SAP.
Highly skilled in conducting digital market research, account structural analysis, and professional social media networking.
Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills with a proven capacity to handle multi-stakeholder introductory calls.
