Job Description
Source potential MSME loan clients, process loan applications, and achieve monthly business targets across designated locations.
Conduct direct field visits to small business owners to evaluate credit requirement and business viability.
Perform regular payment follow-ups and execute field collections to ensure timely EMI recovery for MSME products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local trade networks and small business communities.
Ensure strict compliance with documentation standards, KYC verification, and company lending policies.
Maintain complete daily field visit trackers, lead generation registers, and collection recovery reports.

Qualifications
Any Degree (Graduate in Commerce, Management, Arts, Science, etc.).
Prior experience in Sales & Collections (preferably within MSME lending, retail finance, or NBFC sectors).
Gender Preference: Male.
Strong field execution, communication, client acquisition, and payment recovery capabilities.
