Job Description
Lead and drive sales, marketing campaigns, and business development for electrical and hardware products across the Kolar territory.
Oversee and execute payment collections, receivable tracking, and regular customer credit follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.
Identify and acquire new dealer accounts, electrical contractors, retailers, and wholesale distributors.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and channel partners, addressing commercial and product enquiries.
Manage customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures to consistently achieve revenue and collection targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and dealer feedback to devise localized sales strategies.

Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3+ Yrs of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Payment Collections.
Mandatory domain knowledge of electrical and hardware products.
Mandatory Multilingual Proficiency: Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.
Strong negotiation, customer handling, leadership, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
