Job Description
Drive sales and customer acquisition for Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Home Loans (HL) across assigned territories.
Develop, manage, and expand direct selling agents (DSA), connector networks, builder ties, and chartered accountant channels.
Conduct initial customer profiling, document collection, credit eligibility checks, and loan application processing.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth verification, sanctioning, and timely loan disbursement.
Track individual and team sales targets, generate daily pipeline reports, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Proven sales experience in retail lending, NBFCs, or commercial banking.
In-depth product knowledge of Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Home Loans (HL).
Strong local market knowledge, channel network relations, and negotiation skills.
