Job Description
Drive sales and distribution for painting brushes, rollers, and painting tool products across retail and dealer networks.
Visit hardware shops, paint retail outlets, and distributors to secure new orders and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and painting contractors.
Monitor product availability, merchandising display setups, and competitor activities in the local market.
Achieve monthly and quarterly territory sales, revenue, and collection targets.
Prepare daily sales visit reports (DSR), order logs, and payment recovery trackers.

Qualifications
Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Bachelor's Degree.
1 to 3 Years of sales experience in the Painting Industry, FMCG, Hardware, or related product sales.
Deep knowledge of the local Hosur and Krishnagiri retail/wholesale markets.
Strong negotiation, target-driven mindset, and direct customer-handling skills.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for regular market travel.
