Sales & Collection Executive

Drive retail and wholesale sales distribution for electrical products, lighting, wires, cables, and hardware items across the Kolar territory.

Conduct regular market visits to hardware stores, electrical retail outlets, and contractors to secure recurring orders.

Manage payment collections, follow up on outstanding receivables, and ensure timely credit recovery from dealers.

Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retail shop owners.

Reconcile customer ledger accounts, verify balance confirmations, and update payment entries with the finance team.

Track local market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify potential sales expansion pockets.

Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma (Commerce, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred).

Minimum 3+ Yrs of hands-on experience in field sales, payment collections, or dealer management.

Solid domain knowledge of electrical and hardware products.

Mandatory Language Proficiency: Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi (multilingual communication required for territory operations).
